In session, we will discover how biblical and psychological principles overlap and can impact your life in meaningful and significant ways.

I specialize in individual, teen, and couples counseling, using a variety of approaches tailored to meet the needs of each individual or couple. I have experience with and a knowledge of therapeutic treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Prolonged Exposure, The Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, and more. If you want a specific treatment style, feel free to request that type of session, or we can create a plan together based on the current needs and goals identified during your first session.
My aim is to successfully support those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma response, relationship challenges, and more, utilizing evidence-based practices and faith-based principles (if desired). I have experience working with people from many faith backgrounds, and I treat each person with unconditional positive regard, compassion, and respect, and spiritual opinions are never pushed on anyone else.
